【UPDATE September 3rd, 2020】Trail Closure and Detours due to Construction in Kesennuma City (Map: North Kesennuma Section, February 14 2019)
This page has been updated with changes made to the detour and construction developments (as of September 3rd, 2020).
• ② has been cleared.
• The collapsed areas in ③ that were shown as closed are now fully repaired and walkable, but there is upcoming construction to build a new walking path. The construction schedule—what is closed when— is a fluid and ongoing development, so check the signage and instructions from people on-site and detour around spots as necessary.
• Changes have been made to the detour for ⑤.
Some closures due to construction on the Kesennuma section have been extended.
